One Minute Briefs

One Minute Briefs are a daily ad exercise. The Head #OMBLES post an ad brief on Twitter every weekday. It can be on anything. A household object. A fruit. A person. Weather. Actual clients, too. And a creative spin on the brief is more than encouraged.

Participants create their ads using an illustration/layout program, PowerPoint, their phone. or just simply by drawing. A handful of winners gets chosen each day. Those winners receive compliments like, “Great work,” “Aces,” “Bloody brilliant,” and many emoji. Sometimes, prizes are up for grabs. And sometimes, the winning work gets produced for a real-world ad. Here are some of my favorites I’ve done, most through my personal Twitter. More recent ones have been through @BraveCopy.
